So today i just noticed cuts around my vagina

Been one week since I noticed I can't pee normally cause it burns and I feel like my flesh is being ripped from something sticky... around the first week two days I had a white gooey thing but I didn't think of it as a big deal. I have been really worried cause first I thought it was UTI ,then yeast and herpes.... the yeast infection needs a dry area but i'm on my period now and I think it's making things worse....

HELP! What should I do?image
