So fellow sufferers what happens now. You have been to the doctors, dentists, ent specialist, and youve spent a fortune on products that promise to cure your bad breath?
Where do you go from here? Do you give up and say "this is me accept me as i am" and hope for the best? I am baffled. I dont know what to do anymore.

Like I said before, the ONLY way to eliminate bad, smelly bacteria is to replace it with good bacteria. If there is another way to get rid of bad bacteria, then please enlighten me.
Like yourself, I tried everything there is to try and get rid of my poop breath, including two surgeries. This is the ONLY method that has given me long-lasting relief. Yes, I am sure it has cured me. I used to wake up with horrible breath. Every time I would eat a meal, a few minutes after finishing, I would get a horrible taste in my mouth. I never experience that taste or smell anymore, and I no longer get reactions from people. Both of my brothers tell me that I no longer have the farty smell when I talk. I'm not sure what else I can say.
If you try a method and it doesn't work for you, of course it's going to make you feel down. But how else do you plan on curing yourself if you aren't willing to try anything and everything? Your argument doesn't make sense. I'm just trying to help you because I know how hard it is to have bad breath.

If your diet is mainly rice, then yes, that is most likely your problem. 1 cup of rice has a whopping 45 grams of carbohydrates. If it's a staple, then you are probably consuming rice with every meal, correct? That means your digestive system is constantly being fed carbohydrates, which for a lot of people are hard to digest.
If you aren't willing to change your diet then I can't be much help to you. But you could still try to add fermented foods to your diet, even if you aren't willing to stop the high carb foods.
VSL3 is the probiotic I take. It is expensive. But it works extremely well. You don't have to buy that probiotic though if you are consuming foods with high amount of probiotics, which fermented foods have. But if you can afford the VSL3 then start slow with it because it is VERY potent. Maybe just a quarter serving a day of the 400 billion version and work your way up slowly. Go back and read the other thread about the die-off symptoms you most likely will experience if you go this route.
Good luck!

Look in the other discussion thread about die-off symptoms. I go into detail there.
Look up "Nourishing Plot Making Sauerkraut" for an exact recipe for sauerkraut.
Make your own sauerkraut, do not buy it. You just buy a head of organic cabbage. Slice it up into really small pieces. Put it in a smaller jar then add a little bit of filtered water to it. Add some mineral salt. Then cover with an airtight lid. Leave it on your countertop for 5 days or so. It will ferment and turn into a probiotic haven. One tablespoon of it will have more probiotics than a months worth of a probiotic supplement, like Pearl or Align. The VSL3 supplement has 8 kinds of good bacteria within it. So when you combine the VSL3 with sauerkraut, it's a flood of probiotics from a food source and a supplement source which is the best of both worlds.

In case you're not... try changing your attitude first. What's all this about "too much information and methods" and asking for ONE 100% sure-fire cure. Come on now brother, life isn't like that. Anyone who has overcome this issue has worked hard and applied themselves for months or even years. They've changed habits for the better, and learned to live a healthier life. Most sufferers had to go through a long process of trial and elimination before finding something that helped them in the slightest. It sucks and is a little sad to see you complaining about this then making excuses and saying that you can't handle the emotional toll. Come on now mate, man up. So either lift your head high and try EVERYTHING or just "accept who you are, and hope for the best."
