For a few weeks now I have had a itchy penis, I've always had right foreskin but it's very painful to pull back, but it looks like there is some kind of red spots on the inside of my foreskin.
When I masturbate it's itchy on my penis, there also seems to be a white liquid around it

The easy and unfortunate suggestion, is to visit a doctor.
It can't hurt and it will set your mind at ease.
However, I have no idea what it could be.
It doesnt sound like an STI though, which is good.
Still, I would go get checked.
