Sober

Edited , 4 users are following.

Today one month sober. Even though happy, seems that I just woke up from a nightmare... The Corona virus.

I'm now hoping to use this very special moments of sobriety, to try to tickle me smoking habit.

The only cure to this is a HEALTHY IMMUNE SYSTEM.

I wish you all great health.

Regards

Hi PrinceBlue, Congrats!!๐ŸŽ‰ Do you feel GREAT?! You should reward yourself by crushing your smokes!! jk The virus is named after a beer, would does that tell you?! I don't know either...just that both are BAD!! Smoking is something that goes with drinking a lot of the time, do you think stopping smoking will be easier now? Lots of people have success by changing their routines(like when you smoke after eating, have dessert or coffee instead, keeping their hands busy(stress ball, spinners), chewing gum/toothpick, just distraction in general...but, hey you got THIS!!! Congrats again and Good Luck with quitting smoking(everything tastes better, smells better, teeth whiter, save money & etc..) BEST WISHES๐Ÿ’’โ™พ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ€โ˜ฎ๐ŸŽถ๐ŸŒˆ๐Ÿ’ฐ๐ŸŽ‰
