    :x yes i have soicial phobia,im new to this site hoping people will understand me,with mine, im waiting for appointment to come trough for c.b.t therapy,im very bad,post to me y our syptoms,it feels better knowing your not alone,and chat to other people in the same boat.

    my medication for depression is horrible at the moment im onmirtazipine 30mg, and i hate them.

    well im 40 had social phobia for 6years its a nite mare i was always out going ive stopped driving and shut my self away in the room my hubby works away and my kids r working i dont know wat its like 2 feel normal feel free 2 email me ****

    yes ive got social phobia its a night mare had it for 6years was on mitjust take mgazpine for 6wks just came of them they were setting me of my rocker just take 10mg of diazapam 3times cant get myself 2 docs 2 get sorted out dont know wat its like 2 feel normal anymore

    sad Hi everyone my social phobia is more or less what people think of me, i do get out the house but get tired quickly, i am going to try 5-htp on friday from holland and barretts but not sure if you can take it with 15mg mitazapine. i have trouble also if i stay in the house for the day then a visitor comes around i will panic, then i will see it in there faces that i have trouble. my life is a mess at the moment i am alone quite alot, thinking i am missing out on life, you only live once saying, each year goes buy, i take one day at a time, :shock:
