SOD dysfunction

I recently did some work on the SOD dysfunction.  For those whome they have simillar pain after cholecystectomy, it is advisable to use 2 puffs of GTN sublingualy.  if the pain subside in one minute, it means that is most likely you have SOD dysfuntion.  GTN has some side effect such as flushim=ng, nausea lower blood pressure.  Therefore, try it with the consulatation of your GP.  Please lt me know the response
