Soft fleshy things near urethra. Major health anxiety, please help.

I never look closely at my vulva so I don't know how long these soft, fleshy (almost goopy, sorry!) things have been there. They are in a line leading up to and around my urethra. No pain, burning or discomfort. Is this normal? I have often debilitating health anxiety so I'm obsessing. I have had two sexual partners including my current partner, always using a condom.
