Soft food ideas week 3

Any ideas of some soft foods for the start of week 3 all I can think of is scrambled egg with cheese ,mashed up veg with gravy any ideas to inspire me thanks

    Hi Judyjude, how about cornbeef hash and mushy peas, fish in butter or

    parsley sauce mixed with some mash, baked beans, cottage pie, Egg

    custards are also good. I'm also just starting week 3 and have been

    advised that all these are good to eat. Hope this is of some use to you.

    1. Pasta, tinned tomatoes, cheese with fresh Basil and Ham etc.

    2. Home made curry - ginger, garlic, tinned tomatoes, paprika, corriander etc.

    3. Home made Chilli con Carne

    Tip - last two; make batches and freeze meal sized portions for quick easy meals.

    all good ideas above - make some home made veg or pea and ham soup - throw some pulses in too lentils etc - filling and even better when home made! just remember for plated meals to just use a side plate for your meal x
