I felt itchy randomly yesterday and I checked and there's a lump inside my vagina right at the entrance of the canal. I've added a picture I have no idea what it is and it popped up randomly what could it be? I've uploaded a pic its a red soft lump

Looks like a tiny infection within the skin. Have some warm baths and it will probably come to a head and discharge.If it gets very large and tender it may be a Bartholins cyst . Nothing to get alarmed about. Again that may discharge naturally but sometimes these do need antibiotics to bring the inflammation down, so do contact your doctor if you get worried.

It looks like it is a cyst - although hard to see from the image; cysts dont usually itch either so do keep an eye. If you feel like posting a better image, youll get more responses.
It doesnt look to me like a Bartholin's cyst since it is not in the Bartholins Gland, too low down.
