Solar storm

Can solar storms effect you I just read about one and made myself really anxious I feel dizzy and sick and fain

    yes they can. Just try not to worry these feelings will pass. Can you listen to some nice relaxing soothing music. I find that that helps me. Take care xx

    SAME. I had all of these symptoms and then read about it and it was crazy. Made me feel horrible

      No idea because I'm still experiencing symptoms.. rolleyes it's making me feel a little uneasy and I'm really exhausted too.

      I just realized I made it seem like my symptoms were past tense. Whoops.

      I also feel like it's kind of hard to breathe but I think that's my anxiety making it worse or something idk.

      Lol we will be fine. It was just weird that I had all of these symptoms and then read that on Facebook and then came on here to feel better, then I saw your post xD

      I'm starting to feel better because I think my anxiety disorder was making the situation worse. I was just reading about solar flares effects on people on Google and yeah, it was weird but shouldn't be anything to worry about at all. smile

      But the breathing thing and the exhaustion and dizziness are my worst symptoms. The nausea finally went away

      I feel weird but like positive it's weird my moods r everywere hahaha one minute Im okay next I'm anxious the universe is a mad place
