Solution to urinary urgency, dribbling after urination, reduced sex drive, glans sensitivity and cracks

Hello everyone! I dealt with urinary urgency, frequency, never able to empty bladder and dribbling after urination. Extremely reduced sex drive, grooves/cracks in the glans (head) of penis, sensitivity (like pin pricks and almost a slight itchiness), the skin was looser than usual and would cover my glans which never happened usually. I was pretty irritable and obviously frustrated and depressed with my situation. I went to several doctors and 3 urologists and finally figured out that my prostate was enlarged. He put me on Ciprofloxacin at 500mg for a month with 800mg Ibuprofen to target an infection in the prostate in hopes that it was the answer. I am insanely happy to report that only a day after finishing the meds I started noticing improvements in all categories. It's been 3 days after and I am already nearly restored to normal although I had almost forgotten what that felt like after dealing with this for 5 years. Urinary tract is back to normal, glans sensitivity is back to normal, sex drive is insanely restored, skin of penis is tightening, and the grooves in the glans are appearing to go away. I hope this helps you all. I know I would have really appreciated this information when I was scouring the internet.

Great News!!! I would suggest you may need to take it easy for 4 to 6 months in terms of sexual activity. Also, grooves in the glans were due to regular contact with something that was irritating the skin, you need to make sure you no longer apply whatever it was that has caused this - for lots of men this simply means not applying soap and shower gel to the penis, for others, it is much more complicated than that, and basically anything that has a chemical base can be an irritant to the sensitive skin on the glans / head of penis.

may i ask how old you are? (i.e. is this just an older men problem or can it affect all ages?)

So this is about abnormally enlarged prostate due to infection/inflammation? Because prostate enlargement in men is normal as they age, but likely uncommon in young men yes. The medications you took don't sound like what's used for normal enlarged prostate if I'm not mistaken.
