Some bowel issues I’m having

Hi everyone. To start I’m 19 years old. I’ve been having weird I would say pains in my butt. Near the anas. It’ always in different places near my in my butt. They are no severe at all. Doesn’t last all day but rather at random times. Also my abdomin makes pretty loud gurgling noises especially at night. And sometimes I have pain under my right ribs. Not severe but it’s there. Any ideas? I’m

I don’t think the anus pain is hemorrhoids because I have no blood at all.
