Some form of blockage

So, it feels like a "section" has formed in the glans area and I have no idea how to get rid of it. During any sexual activity, pre-ejaculate does not come out unless I squeeze. I also have to "time" the ejaculation correctly or it seems to add more substance to the section. When it does get timed correctly, the ejaculate is mostly made up of gelatinous clumps.

It doesn't happen any more but when this issue first appeared, there were a couple of occasions that I ejaculated but nothing came out and the tip of my penis swelled up.

I thought this was something that would just work itself out but it's now been going on for about two years.
