Some kind of pelvic organ prolapse?

I am 19 and I have been sexually active. I've been std screened and have had pelvic exams before. I haven't been sexually active since my last doctor visit but I have pressure and pain when I sit down inside my vagina. Feels like I have a tampon in (I don't) and/or sitting on a lump. I felt inside and I feel like theres a huge buldge right at the entrance of my vagina and my urethra hurts. My urethra looks like its hanging down as well. I know it's crazy because I am young but could I be having some kind of prolapse? I have always had bladder issues since I was young and have been having a lot of constipation. If this isn't a prolapse any ideas what this could be?

    It could be a prolapse so go and get it checked out and see what the doctor says.

    I'd be very surprised it's a orola9 but if yiu have had constipation issues it may of occured because of that.

    your doctor needs a referral to Urogynacologist if yiu want a definite diagnosis. good luck
