Some of my teeth on the right side click and pop? What is this?!

I’ll start out by saying that I’m 24, am a heavy bruxer (grinder/clencher), but healthy gums and teeth over all, and this is all according to my dentist. With the last few months, I’ve been more aware of my teeth and this popping or clicking I’ve been having. It started off with one tooth, and then I started to notice it happening in more of my teeth as time went on, but only on the right side of my mouth. I have no idea what it is and it gives me horrible anxiety when my teeth click. I mostly feel the click in an upper front tooth and a lower pre-molar (again, all on the right side). I do occasionally feel it in a few of my other teeth on the right side, but not often. There is also no pain associated to this feeling at all. I’m also not sure what causes it to happen or what causes it to stop. Sometimes I’ll feel the clicking and I go to eat something and it will stop. Other times I’ll try to leave it alone and it will stop. I’ll feeling the clicking feeling on my upper front tooth when I use my finger and gently movie it back and forth against my tooth or when I run my tongue over the tooth back and forth. For other teeth, I only feel the clicking when I run my tongue over it in a specific spot, I thought my tooth cracked or something because I was also getting this salty (sometimes bad) taste coming from that tooth. We even took an X-ray on that tooth and my dentist didn’t see anything. I also felt it again when I was rinsing my mouth with coconut oil today, which really freaked me out. I was swishing it around it my mouth and I could feel and hear a clicking / popping coming from one tooth (this was the first time that happened).
My dentist she told me that it was all in my head and that it was most likely nothing, which really didn't help at all because she didn't really give too many suggestions to what this could be. She did tell me that she thought it might just be from me grinding my teeth at night and recently I’ve been having bad anxiety over my grinding as well because I normally wear a night guard, but the dental lab that’s making my new permanent crown is keeping it so that it will fit my night guard. I haven’t worn my night guard in over a month because of this.
I did read somewhere that the clenching and grinding can weaken ligaments that attach your teeth to your bone, which causes them to become loose (this can be fixed over time if you can lessen the grinding). I've also read that some people who are undergoing orthodontic treatment also experience this teeth clicking sensation and that it goes away after a while, which lead me to think that maybe, my teeth are shifting from the grinding, also causing them to experience the clicking feelings? I am also aware that teeth have come natural mobility to them as well. I feel a bit of wiggle from my clicking teeth, but I don't get the same clicking feeling from the teeth on my left side even those have some wiggle or mobility to them as well.
I still don’t have any answers for this and that scares me. It really freaks me out because I'm thinking my teeth are going to fall out or that I have an abbess or something because that's all that pops up when you google "teeth clicking" or "teeth popping." All of this makes me feel very paranoid and crazy. I'm only 24 years old and I'm worried about my teeth falling out. I always try to remember that even if my teeth do fall out or anything else bad happens to them, it wouldn't be the end of the world and I'll still live through it, as do many others. Most of the time I try not to think about it, but I just want a possible answer as to what could possibly be causing this clicking and popping feeling that I feel in the right side of my mouth to help calm my nerves.
Anyone else have a similar experience they can share so I don’t feel so alone or crazy?

A toothache might be more than just an inconvenient issue. Usually, it's a sign that something else is going on, and the sooner the problem is addressed, the faster you can get back to pain-free days. See your dentist for severe tooth pain and you'll be back to normal in no time. There are a lot of dentists out that might help you.
