Some small red spots have started appearing on my Penis.

I recently just stayed over at a friend's house and we did have sex with each other but today I noticed some red spots appear on my Penis (I don't know if it's a rash) shortly after I masturbated, they aren't sore in anyway but I can't get my mind off it after noticing.

I've had sex with this person before and I'm the only person they've had sex with and it was unprotected and little to no lube was used (I used my own saliva).

I'm too scared about going to see a GP so I came to here for advice.
