Some sort of neurological disorder?

Hi everyone. I've been dealing with some symptoms for a while now. I'm wondering if it's some kind of neurological disorder. So, my vision is fine. It's just a weird feeling in my head when I raise my eyebrows. It's like a pulling feeling? Or like a loose nerve. I can't really describe it. The more I raise my eyebrows, the worse it gets. And sometimes I will experience vertigo. Not the room spinning kind, I will just feel as if I'm moving or feel a little off balance. A reason I wonder if it's something like peripheral neuropathy is because I can put pressure where I feel the pulling feeling, raise my eyebrows, and I won't really feel it. Also, when I'm in the car, I get the dizzy/vertigo feeling when the car stops. I'm fine when the car is moving. I also can't seem to go the store or get in crowds without the pull feeling getting worse and getting dizzy. So, if not a neurological disorder... anxiety? I really just hate this feeling and want my life back.

Also, the pulling feeling feels like it is more so in my scalp than in my head itself. Thanks for any help.

One of the things I've come across in my own endless googling of dizziness symptoms and conditions is Occipital Neuralgia -- have a look. When the nerves between the spine and the scalp become irritated one of the symptoms is a tender scalp.
