i have to add that urologist look at my penis and said it was normal just the blood vessels bit he only look at my penis while not erect , i just pressed on my head so he can see the tiny red spots but when erect those tiny spot make my head look like this .

Jose, the urologist is correct - this is how many penises look when they are erect.

Simply, if there was a problem issue the urologist would have been able to detect the signs of what would happen when you penis is erect.

Essentially, all penises have the bumps, they become more obvious following onset of sexual maturation, and, obviously, when the penis is fully erect

thanks for your reply for the weird thing is that one year ago my glans used to look smooth and no bumps at all , got all std check and all came back clear just the hsv1 but doctors told me that is not in the genital area because i dont have an outbreak or sores ozzing in the genital area that means that i have been exposed to the virus but is not in my genitals and no retroviral med required , and my gland started to look like this rough after a yeast infection i had last year , this is killing my confidence and stresses me out a lot , also im very scared this is hpv and cancer risk ..

i know i might be going over board but is hard to accept this because last year i had a smooth beautiful penis ..

maybe and just maybe this is a scarring thing left from the yeast infection , but the urologist didnt seem to be concern about how my penis looked , of course he never looked my penis while erect , just flaccid , i thought it was going to be odd to get boner right there in front of him , but i did show him some pictures and he said those are blood vessels , everything looks normal your skin looks healthy !!

but i cannot help to worry you know its been a really though year !!

Perception and actuality can be an entirely different thing - particularly if you were not paying a great deal of attention to how your penis looked a year or so ago.

Do you have a photo of it one year ago or longer for you to check and compare?

      What age are you?

Sounds to me like you need to give greater credibility to statements like this one: " everything looks normal your skin looks healthy !! "

I think this is the best approach you can take - what you need to focus on is that someone like a urologist will have seen hundreds if not thousands of penises, these people develop a practical knowledge of what is and what is not normal - your penis is normal and healthy

I have the same situation, my penis changed slowly after a yeast infection in 2019, slowly my penis head changed and those bumps gets out, take all tests and come back negative, I was afraid of lichen sclerosus or other skin conditions, but the doctors said my skin is healthy and I've seen 9 doctors till now.

Is your penis head skin dry too? Mine sometimes is dry, only now, after long time, seems that is regaining a little of hydration (no cream applied, I only applied once steroid cream, suggested by a dermatologist and the situation became extremely worse, I'm only recovering now, after 6 month without steroid cream)
