Someone help I’m very scared 😱 i have a rash but it’s not bad I’m scared please help

so ice recently had these bumps always struggle with ingrown hairs and boils sonce i was a kid due to big thigh and sweet but im very sexually active and i have a boufriend im so nerous and scare i have jo flu like sumptons and no pain or itchiness . a couple of them have filled up with puss and popped leaving scars that turn red idk what to do im so scared someone help . i always shave alot and teny come back every once and awhile when i shave or have been sweating alot sometimes i just randomly notice themimageimageimage
