Someone help...Not sure what this could be.. Pictures included

I've had unprotected sex for a majority of my active sexual life (I've had long term partners). Recently however I have experience vaginal discomfort. I am prone to yeast infections, BV, and UtI's however this feels different. I wouldn't say its a itching or burning feeling I just feel very aware of my vagina... There is no abnormal discharge, however after sex I have noticed some light bleeding (this could be unrelated as I was around my period time). I've noticed small skin tone/white-ish flowery rash?? smooth bumps??? on my vagina lips (see pictures). I went and got tested 2 weeks ago and have heard nothing back meaning my tests all came back negative (pregnancy, STI - urine and blood work no swab).... I'm planning on going to a different doctor in a few days. If anyone has any ideas on what this could be it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.

    those spots are normal but you doesnt look irritated down there

    Hi, the flowery rash is Fordyce spots. They can be more visible when you are irritated but absolutely harmless 😉
