Hello Richard, i know that feel..

Now you must eat more fruit and vegetables to keep your stool soft..

If you feel sick and pain after pup, try to take a bath with warm water, it can make you feel better.

Go to find doctor to ask for drugs and ointment..

Last time, my fissure was got heal cause of chinese herbal ointment and im using coconut oil to keep it mosturized in that are... and do 3 - 4 times bath in warm water..

Hope you can got well soon, keep trying, cause that can be healed...

Like i am, about few months suffering, now im still control what im eat...

    Goodluck...

First give up anything that is made with flour. 2nd drink a gallon of water a day minimum. 3rd leafy greens, whole grains, bran, 4th fresh fruit, blackberries, all kinds of melons 5th nifidipin cream (you gonna need a script) try for a couple of months, if your still young it should work.. oh and stop wiping your butt use showerhead to clean yourself, toilet paper is a killer...bad stuff..if you have to when your out use baby wipes or medicated wipes...good luck you are what you eat...

I would advise you (once getting checked out by a Dr) to get a toilet stool to put your feet up on while going to the loo. It puts you in a more natural position and can help prevent straining/ piles/ fissures. You can buy fairly cheaply on internet. I’ve been using one for the last 7 months and have found it to be a complete cure. I even have a folding portable one that I keep in the back of the car and take on holiday. I can’t recommend them highly enough. It’s been a real life changer.

hellyM, where did you get the folding portable one? I live in the U.S.  I have a regular one that I keep in my bathroom, but have always wanted one that I could travel with. I think every workplace should have one.

it is really like that, I can understand. But there is one basic thing you can start right now for huge relief

You can try one herbal juice which worked very well for me and some other people also, therefore I am confident: Early Morning, Empty Stomach take two/three pieces of Indian Gooseberry (Phyllanthus emblica, also known as emblic or AMLA in Hindi and Sanskrit Language) extract its Juice with Green Oranges , take one glass of this mixed juice (250ml -300 ml) . Try not to intake any food for up to one hour after this. Similarly take one glass at night. I hope, it will come under control. within 3-7 days if everything else is normal.

Do not eat sour, tart, spicy , oily food now.

You may continue any prescribed medicine by the doctors, it will not interfere , it will only complement benefits .

    Hi Richard

Have you been to your GP?!  If you are bleeding...GO TO A&E IMMEDIATELY!

If in pain...hot baths are the best remedy for hemorrhoid pain relief.

    Kindest regards

    Joe
