Someone please help I'm getting nervous

( I'm A Male )had sex with a girl after I felt kind weird down low but it's was okay so the next week on June 1st had protected sex with another girl after 2 days I started feeling slight pain on my inner thigh and pubic area but i wouldnt called it pain bc it didnt hurt i woke in the middle of the night with a stomach cramp

next day it felt like my pubic hair was being pull but it wasnt pain I would say discomfot

and a occasionally itch it was going on and off for like a week but the the 3rd day i went to the doctors I peed in a cup the said i had a uti i got antibiotics but I didn't help but it went away after a week plus I had a dry throat and then had a stuffy nose with no runny that's wasnt normal for me every time I had a stuffy nose it will be runny as well but i had no bumps or any thing but it's been a couple weeks I found a lump on my scrotum towards the side but it was inside my skin i can only feel it standing up pushing down a lil it was painful but slight tender and it been week i think it went then i found to 2 tiny bumps in pubic area it's don't really have color to it but no red around. I found 3 days ago so I trim my pubic and today I found a black spot with blood on my scrotum all these is painless and dont itch is it herpes I need help? I went to the doctors last week she said found out I didnt have a uti and was negative for gonorrhea and chamydia I ask can I get blood test for herpes they said I gotta wait 3 weeks for result😭 but I call them bout the new bumps they still said i had to wait so I need answers
