Someone please help me!!! I’m worried sick

For the past 6 years, i had only one sexual partner. recently ive had unprotected sex with a guy that i have been seeing. ive been having some issues with discharge that is related to my birth control that i just started, but have looked at my vagina and noticed something im not sure is normal. ive never looked like this before, so i dont know how long this has been like this, around the opening of my vagina there are bumps and it looks somewhat like a skin tag. does anyone know what this is!!? please help
