Hii! ive been trying to find a way for some closure for what i have been experiencing for the past 3 or 4 months now.. I'm 21 years old, I dont have any insurance and this is the closest i can get to what it is that im experiencing and its really stressing me out as i go on about my days.

Ive first noticed this when i was having sex with my former boyfriend. I started to feel pain that kept increasing every time we were having sex. From this point on i noticed a little burning when i urinate.

As time went on i felt a burning sensation when i peed or when i cleanse my vagina, freaking out i took a picture of what looked like cuts!

Fast forward months later and im still in this rut.

Now there are more cuts or sores that seem like they've multiplied. I am so worried.. I really hope this isnt a serious issue.

I would greatly appreciate some closure ❤ thank you!!! (:

It looks like irritation but since you mentioned it hasn't really gone away and multiplied, I think you should go get tested.

Herpes is the main concern but there's many other possibilities. Herpes does take this long without treatment to resolve on its own. If you haven't noticed them healing at all though I would say its something else that NEEDs treatment to be resolved.

It doesn't look like herpes. Do you have a bit of discolouration in the area? The photo is a bit too close up, so I can't see if the colour of your skin is different around your genitals and perhaps towards your anus. You might have Lichen sclerosus, which makes the skin patchy, white and appears thinner than normal.
