Someone tell me when this gets better!

I'm currently going through my primary outbreak of genital herpes and it's completely debilitating. About a week and a half ago I received oral sex from a guy and a few days later my gums started bleeding and my labia started swelling and forming small bumps. I thought it was thrush so I took a thrush pessary treatment but by that night I knew it wasn't. I have blisters inside my mouth including on my gums, lips, roof of my mouth and down my throat. My breath is horrendous and every time I swallow it's like tiny razor blades. My poor vagina is worse. My labia is covered in thick, yellow ulcers. They were weeping a smelly goo up until last night and now they appear to be cracked and bleeding. I am in so much pain, it's like nothing I've ever experienced. I cannot sit, walk or use the toilet. Trying to pee makes me do this pathetic screech, even when i pour water over myself or use a shower head at the same time. I think I am on day 7 since the very first symptom appeared. Someone please tell me how much longer this lasts, as I can't go through with it anymore. Once the scabs form, which I'm hoping will be soon, does the pain go away a bit? Will I be able to walk again? Which is the worst stage of these initial outbreaks?
I haven't been able to see a doctor as I'm a tourist and they all seem to want me to register. The sexual health clinic is closed today. I've been lying flat on my back in a hostel room doing absolutely nothing for three days, this will be the fourth but I have to leave tomorrow. So no medication, all I've been able to do is take ibuprofen and pour salt water over the ulcers. Someone give me some damn hope!
