Something blocking my vagina - growths? Prolapse?

so sex became very uncomfortable verging on painful lately so i checked what was going on and when i try to insert a finger it feels blocked by something. when i took a look at it i noticed the opening looks weird now with something kind of protruding. if i feel inside its like there is also a mass there along vaginal wall.

i havent ever given birth but my friend mentioned it could be a prolapse?

i had a smear in march that was clear and a check up at the gyno in early august when it was fine... this seems to be a new thing.

any ideas ?image
