Something is wrong with my brain

Hey everybody. I have a problem with my brain that I am concerned about. I was diagnosed with many mental health problems about 10 years ago. I've been on 4 different meds for 8 years now. I searched all over Google, but couldn't find anything for this bizarre condition.

I can voluntarily make the lower right part of my brain above my neck "shiver" (like a brain zap, but intentionally). I don't know how this is possible. It's been like this for years, but I'm not showing any symptoms of anything else (yet). Should I see a doctor about this?

I'm posting this in the Brain Tumour group, because I couldn't find a better fit.
