Something is wrong with my nose

So I have been having a problem with my nose for about a week now. It’s kinda painful and it’s making the one nostril swell up in the area where the two nostrils connect, but seems to be staying in that one nostril. It’s got this green scabbing going on, when i wash it, it looks like normal scabbing, or as mucus would look if it drys. It started pretty deep in my nostril, at first I I thought it was just a dry buggar stuck in my nose and tried a little too hard to get it out. Over time I started realizing it was a scab, so I left it alone. Now it seems to be spreading all around my nostril and my nose seems very dry. Seems to be very light blood, I don’t see any blisters, but I feel like the affected area is too hard to tell if it is a blister or not. Remember the scab is way far in my nostril so I can not see weather or not it is a blister. But I feel like it’s too hard to be a blister. I have used Vaseline, triple antibiotics, hydrogen peroxide, alcohol and water. My nostril is uncomfortably dry. I’ve tried just about everything and I can’t get this to go away! What can I do? I don’t have any money to go to the doctor but I can trade my silver coins in to get something that might help this. Any ideas on what I can do?? I don’t want this to totally ruin my nose. The redness and the swelling is starting to get to me and was thinking about taking antibiotics that I got from my doctor for tooth infection, because that’s about the only rout i have. I do not feel like my tooth infection is related because I have had all my teeth pulled and it’s healed up so it’s not that! What am i going to do?! It’s not bad yet but I don’t want it to get worse!!

Hi. I'm sorry you have all this trouble. I have been having similar, but I don't think mine is too bad at the moment. I've tried antiseptic cream too. I've tried just leaving it alone and it does seem a lot better but it's not perfect, even so.

Feels like I've got a constant cold in my nose (just one nostril like you say) and it's definitely swollen and scabby just as you described.

I was tempted to see a doctor but I'm a bit embarrassed going. I'll see how it is in a few weeks.

I can only say maybe we should both go to the doctor really!!

Good luck and hope it clears up soon for you! Love your nick name by the way!! 😂😂😂

Haha thanks, Hope you feel better too, yeah I think I might have to figure out how I can manage going to the docs without any way of paying, so I can go to the doctor and get meds.  May go to a church and see if someone willing to help cause I really don’t have any money. Don’t be embarrassed though. I’m sure there could be worse things. Really hoping it’s just a staph infection or something simple like an in grown hair going crazy.. I do get a lot of those.

So I have an update, I decided that it was best that I took antibiotics, amoxicillin to be exact, and the first thing that happened about three hours later is I started seeing my first sign of blood, and it has been bleeding off and on all day (when before I saw very little to no blood at all even after picking scabs off and tearing at the skin) Next the swelling has gone down and I feel less pressure, and started noticing the dryness of my nose went away a little. I feel like the sign of blood would a good indicator that it’s working, because it has worked on the infection, the infection is no longer blocking the blood from coming through. I am no doctor and have no experience in the field, but this is the way my minds eye is seeing it. Many people may find that alarming, but I also thought it was alarming that no blood has shown up after a week of picking at this. Never thought I would be so happy to see blood lol

How long will your supply of antibiotics last?

Not sure how long the infection will last but I’d say there’s about 10 pills that I can take.

You need to pull the weird growing hairs! Put them in a plastic bag right away, also do it over a sink! Then spot apply be been oil or eucalyptus oil throughout the day

Sorry the first oil was "NEEM OIL"
