Age? Sexual history? Active or not? Do you have skin problems anywhere else on your body?

Do you sweat a great deal - do sports training / active sports regularly / gym workouts, that kind of thing?

Do you wear clothing that encourages sweat? Work in an environment where you are warm to hot much of the time / carry substantial items that encourages sweat on a regular basis - that kind of thing?

    .

A photo taken closer in bright daylight / sunlight would be most helpful ....

27 years old, yes, active, i started having some sort of eczema on my fingers that i used elocon cream and it made it go away but when i stopped it started coming back again. yes i do work out and sweat but nothing extraordinary, i actually started putting elocon on this part on my glans and i think im seeing some improvement since 3 or 4 days

The 3rd photo you have posted is not clear enough to comment on.

Essentially, it could be a number of things you have going on, and therefore causes.

As you have a skin issue going on anyway this is the most likely first-option to rule out a specialist such as a dermatologist would check on for you.

Briefly to mention, if the elocon is actually a cream, rather than an ointment - and again, presuming what you have on you penis is linked to your skin condition you will need the ointment version long-term, I would suggest to use on your penis.

My two remaining suggestions would be:

      • contact a dermatologist to identify exactly what this is
      • in terms of the skin issue you have anyway (whether or not this is what is on your penis) I would be looking up the role of diet in autoimmune skin conditions as this will give you suggestions on the types of foods to avoid and the foods that better suit typical appropriate dietary requirement
