Hiya
Sorry you are experiencing such dreadful symptoms, I have experience this too. Felt my throat closing, my tongue feels like it's swelling and I lose my swallowing reflex and feel I'm choking, I lose control because of the panic attack. I get also dry mouth and feels I'm sweating warm and cold feeling. It's horrible and I know how u feel.
I've experienced this a few times last year as I'm in perimenopause and I guess it's one of its symptoms. I've been to the ER a few times regarding this. But it does pass. As I've not experienced it these two months. But I'm experiencing flu like symptoms and hot flashes now.
Hopefully you will feel better soon.

Yes, sometimes i do feel i can't swallow my food, constricted throat & tight chest. Then followed by panic attack. Saw an ENT specialist, everything turned out normal. Calm yourself, breath in & out whenever you experience this again. It should help & save you a trip to the ER. Good luck!

Had these symptoms 5years ago when I started perimenopause. After a few weeks it went away only to come back again last month. But a bit worse. Its a perimenopause symptoms. Very annoying but however my doctors couldn't find anything wrong with me. Luckily these symptoms has disappeared now only to be replaced with flu like symptoms.
Never ending and my doctor prescribed something for anxiety, it's helped me relax and sleep better.

It definitely can be menopause. Low estrogen dries everything out.
