Ok I just talked about my 1 year recovery doing great I just started getting tightness stiff and clicking been doing ice wonder if its the weather it's been raining here in Detroit all week

That's why I moved from New Jersey to Texas... Those symptoms are pretty common but decrease in the 12-18 month range. It's not like 1 year is a magic number that flips like a light switch. Cold does make it worse. Try some Voltaren Gel (RX in the US). Great anti-inflammatory and pain reliever.
