Something passed in period?

hi female; 22. im sorry if this is to graphic or too much info, but its day 4 of my period and ive found something on my tampon that im quite confused about. i have the implant in my arm and never usually pass clots in my period.

Also to note: my periods are irregular due to the implant and my period seems not to be heavy now ever since i passed this? does anyone know what this is.
