Something redish appeared on my penis

hello there. i'm a 23 yo man. this monday i notice that reddish thing on my penis, it doesn't cause pain or any symtomps other that the visual disconfort.

but i feel a little pain when it's erected, probably because of the tension so i haven't jerk off since.

pd: march 2020 i got a frenulum tear that didn't heal completely. so, i need help identifying what it is and if i should get worried or let it heal on its own

    That tear did not heal right. Your head looks like it is swollen. You need to see a Urologist.

    Hi Evan, your photos are not the clearest but I think you glans is under tension with the frenulum /foreskin? you have some scarring there witch could possibly be from lichen sclerosus or BXO.

    You need to have it checked with your doctor and get a referral to a urologist or dermatologist don't leave it any longer as it won't improve on its own. Was the frenulum always tight or short before you had the tear?

      i already got an appointment with an urologist, sadly, due to the health system here, the nearest date was august 6th 😦 hope it doesn't get worse until then
