Something weird happened to me

I posted this last night in neurology around 1 am but no answers.. Background: I have been sick since Oct 2016 with something like fibro like CFS like neuropathy like hashimotos, yet I dont have an exact answers. Regardless I have been having a hard time walking lately and balance issues and my depth perception has been off, I can't even get in an elevator. Anyways I was just woken up feeling tingles all over my body like the feeling of hitting your funny bone everywhere especially in my brain it almost feels like the sensation of a loud noise my ears feel wide open like I need to plug them. It is the weirdest feeling ever like the feeling of being scared or an internal shaking over everything. This happened last night but only briefly tonight I feel so horrible my back is starting to hurt as well as my palms. I also felt hot and like the sheets were burning my skin but I was holding my body trying to condole it and that was ok. I also had pain in the sides of my butt. This morning my body feels horrible and my head feels pressure. Any advice? Im scared its going to happen again..

    It's understandably very scary.

I can relate to burning up - like on fire usually during the night- my body drenched in sweat.

    What are your other symptoms?

What kind of testing have you had done?

I would definitely go to the doctor.

Hi you day you have seen doctors. Can I ask what kind of specialist you have seen? You need a referral to a rheumatologist fir an assessment. I have vasculitis which can cause similar symptoms. You mention hashimotos...has this been suggested ss a possibility and are you having follow up?
