I first noticed these things a day ago, I'm not sure how long its been happening. Can someone please help me out, I have no idea what these are ):
I am diagnosed with IBS. These things do not move, but are filled with a clear liquid.

did you perhaps eat a fruit that looks like that? that exactly seems like a fruit called pomelo.
