Something wrong with my spine?

Hi everyone. This just started the other day. It comes and goes but really bothers me. When I'm sitting, walking, and standing. It feels like my upper body is turning when it's not, or maybe it is but I'm not controlling it. When I extend my arm to the front, it moves to the side a little and I feel pressure in my spine. It feels like it's all coming from my spine and the top of my spine/bottom of my neck. I don't feel any lumps there but I do feel a tiny one at the top of my spine/bottom of my neck. I get a weird sensation in my back around my spine. And around the small lump it gets numb sometimes. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

Your spine/back is nothing to mess with. You need to see your doctor ASP and have him refer you to a specialist. This is not something that is normal in any situation. I wish you good news and speedy healing. Call Today.
