Hi Pam, yes me too! Its migraine with or without the pain.. It lasts about a week to 10 days when estrogen dips.. Migraines are much much more than just a severe headache, its nausea vomiting Motion sickness like the feeling of being on the boat, dizziness ear clogged feeling tightness in head numbness heartbeat hearing in the ears vertigo seeing floaters and spots, thats all migraine, and apparently very common with menopause, some woman are lucky enough to have without the actual debilitating migraine with pain, and some not so lucky feels like getting stuck with an ice pick in the temple ouch they are bad..

I've had the feeling of being on a boat for 3 months now without the sway. You explained it the way I have been trying to explain it. I had it for 3 months before then it left for 3 months and now back and hasn't left and I'm in 3 months and it's constant. I hate this feeling the most of all my symptoms.Praying for all of us!
