sooooooo disappointed :(

So  I've just had my first weigh in and im soooo disappointed.  The drs scales say I've only lost 7 lb when I was positive it was closer to 10.

All I can think is that im close to lady time and thats put a bit on.

I know 7 is better off than on   ut none the less im disappointed xx

    don't be disappointed 7lbs half a stone that is a good weight loss - just think how you would have felt if you had put on 7lbs.

      Thank you anita.

      Was just so sure that according to my scales I had lost more.  Hard not to be disappointed.

      But onwards and upwards. 

      I won't make this a bad because of it straight back on it xx

    7lb is great , I did the same went and got weight TOM .

    I could of cried ha ha just make sure you get weighed a good week after . Xx

      Its so hard cos I can go anything from 31 to 65 days.

      But thanks for the support.  I am pleased its off and not on lol xx

      Other than put me on the pill not really sad

      We have been Ttc for 6yrs :'( so that would be like pi $$ ing in the wind (excuse my language but its hard after all this time).

      I'm more regular when im not fat  but im fat cos Im an emotional eater and after 6 lonnnng heart breaking years it's finally come to a head.  Xxx

    Well done on losing 7lb - I can understand you're disappointed but a loss is a loss however big or small
