So  I've just had my first weigh in and im soooo disappointed.  The drs scales say I've only lost 7 lb when I was positive it was closer to 10.

All I can think is that im close to lady time and thats put a bit on.

I know 7 is better off than on   ut none the less im disappointed xx

don't be disappointed 7lbs half a stone that is a good weight loss - just think how you would have felt if you had put on 7lbs.

    7lbs congrats and good luck.

      Thank you anita.

Was just so sure that according to my scales I had lost more.  Hard not to be disappointed.

      But onwards and upwards.

I won't make this a bad because of it straight back on it xx
