Does anybody else get sore after go-karting? My hands were aching after drive. My arms (especially my upper arms) felt fine until I woke up this morning and then the pain started kicking in. I went go-karting for about 5 rounds and then bowling right after. Anyone else gets this after go-karting? Am I getting old, I'm 16 lol

Well it all deepend's on how often you go go-kart riding. Could be somethimg as simple as muscles your using that haven't been used in a while (according to how tight your grip on the steering wheel is) you could be sore up to 3 days later. But if you go kart riding a LOT it could be a number of tjings. Carole tunnel, arthritis etc.

that was my first time ever go-karting..basically driving. My cousin (who went with me) also complained about her hands hurting after.

and I would say my grip was really tight. It was my first time so I had a lot of anxiety. My brother kept bickering and making me mad which makes me grip the steering wheel every time he says something that gets on my nerves. I'm getting my driver's license next month so imagine more anxiety.

You're using muscles that probably aren't used to being used. Just like when you go to the gym and workout, generally the next day you wake up a bit sore.
