Most likely ingrown hair that absessed. You might need to get it surgically excised or it will just keep coming back. Other option is a wart, but can't see why that would have had puss, nor be related to activity, pressure.

Definitely doesn't look or sound like a wart or anything similar to that. And I agree it sounds more like a cyst/abscess that will have happened after shaving (a blocked up hair follicle) they can keep refilling if they aren't fully removed.

Get booked in with your doc so they can get the correct treatment arranged for you.

      Best wishes

Hi on the note of ingrown hairs I have this red bump spot on the bikini line at the top and I was messing around with it thinking it was a spot trying to squeeze it but nothing has come out bit bits of blood at time , I broke the skin to see if there was a hair there but Couldnt see so I left it to scan over if scared over white , (dry skin like flake ) which I am trying to pick of but with all the messing I have made it sore now the lump now feels smaller but hard like a frozen pea ,? Does this sound like ️an ingrown hair ,? Or could this be something bad like a cancer lump? ️Xx ️Thanks

Hi Jennifer! Since you tend to be very sweaty, look up Sabacceous Cyst. I recommend soaking twice a day (5-10 min each bath) in a warm-hot Epsom Salt bath (just enough water to cover your vagina when squatting into the bath tub) to encourage draining. It could very well also be an ingrown hair... Try not to pick at it- the salt baths will help release and identify the offender! Best Wishes!

It looks like a cyst to me. The doc can lance it. But it will continue to be irritating 'till u do unfortunately.

    Good luck

Draining a cyst or absess is all fine in the short term ( incision and drainage ) , yet these structures have formed a wall which is why they return. That is why final or definative management is by a doctor with the surgical skills to do the minor procedure to remove the entire structure is the cure.

Yes that's true a capsule, only if they've been there for quite some time, that can refill. Some cyst walls actually need to torn out small piece by small piece. But because I wouldn't want to speculate on what type of cyst, I simply said "lanced".
