Sore/blisters around vagina - HELP *picture*

I have painful blister-like sores around my vagina on a couple on my vaginal lips and I'm wondering a. how I can ease the pain/get rid of them and b. what they are. 

Just to give a background on the last few weeks: I got a particularly back strain of tonsillitis a few weeks ago and was put on very strong antibiotics to clear it. After this I had a slight itch and touch of thrush which cleared up after taking a dose of pro-biotics. A week after the itch I shaved all my pubic hair, I stupidly didn't trim the hair before I did that. I had sex with my boyfriend after this, he's the only person I've been having sex with for 6 months and vice versa. I have experienced pain after having sex with him and some skin tears due to his and my size (he's quite large and I'm apparently smaller than average). I then got my period this week and started to feel irritation which was mild at first like usual grow-back irritation after shaving and then it progressed to quite irritant and painful - I'm assuming the pads I was using didn't help matters. To ease the irritation I was using an antiseptic cream which would typically be used for nappy rash. 

When my period was done I examined myself and felt small bumps, first they were under the skin and are now over the skin and blister-like and some have popped and seeped. My vaginal lips are quite dry and there are a couple of pimple-like bumps on them which are quite painful. I soaked in a warm bath last night with a couple of drops of tea-tree oil, some baking soda and some E45 dermatological emollient bath oil and this seemed to help. When I woke up this morning the pain had eased slightly but the sores which had popped were crusted over with a yellow pus. I cleared this and the pus has not returned, but they are still painful. The pain seems to mostly be coming from the hairs that are growing back in the area irritating the sores. I have been using E45 dermatological (and alternately Salvon antiseptic) cream to ease the itching and give me some relief.   

Basically, I'm looking for suggestions on how to ease this pain and clear the sores up. If anyone has had a similar issue and knows exactly what this is help would be greatly appreciated. From examining myself and researching STIs/STDs online it does not resemble anything I've seen but if anyone has a suggestion they are more than welcome!

    Hi, last week I noticed a bump on the lip of my vagina I thought it could be a razor bump so I still shaved. About 2 days later the bump has grown bigger and with little bumps on it. I don't have a smelly discharge. No burning. No itching. I thought it could be an ingrown hair but I've seen pics of heroes and it look like herpes but I have no symptoms of herpes. It's just there. I been with my boyfriend for about a year. No other sexual partner. What you think this could be?

    I am currently freaking out. I had sex for the first time a couple of weeks ago and about 5 days later I noticed some red bumps/some kind of rash around my the tops of my legs. There are none inside my vagina or on my vulva. A couple of them have whiteish heads. I don't have any other symptoms of herpes ie pain/itchiness/flu like symptoms etc but I went to the STI clinic and a nurse said what I have looks like herpes, albeit a very mild version. She some swabs and I am awaiting the results.

    I told my partner and he went to a private clinic to get checked out. His results have come back quicker than mine and he does not have type 1 or type 2 genital herpes.

    As he is the only person I have had sex with, I am a little confused. Is it possible that he may carry the virus orally (although he has never had a cold sore) and transferred it to me via oral sex? Or are my lumps/bumps likely to be something else? I had wondered if they might be related to shaving with a relatively blunt razor

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    So a week ago my putter labia was super itchy after sex with my bf. The next day I felt a little lump/bump under the skin on my right labia. And I squeezed it thinking it was a pimple.. And it just got bigger. I scratched so hard that it make a sore. I went to the clinic because my lymph? Was swollen. So I have one sore and one swollen hard labia. It's like 3x the size of the other side. The doctor said she's positive that it is herpes... She swabbed the sore and will give me the results in a couple days. Can you have just one sore from scratching too hard? And be considered herpes? And my lymph node swelling went down. Now my vagina being too wet and moist my panties rubbed and now my inner thigh it irrated as well. Just want some in site .. Oh and I don't k ow if this next question will make sense. But when you have a sore.. With white lesions? Can the lesions move around? Or just stay there in place? I thought maybe it was yeast?

    Hey, so I've had this before and although it can resemble herpes, it's called folliculitis. It's an infection you can get from a dirty razor or cutting yourself while shaving. Sometimes can be cured just by washing the area and keeping it clean. Don't Shave until it clears up. The first time I had it it got so painful I had to take antibiotics for it and could barley walk. Def treat it in its early stages!! Good luck hope this helps.

    Someone please help me the anxiety is eating me alive. I recently had a bump on my vagina. Its not painful its more like a cut. I shaved myself down there and i remember cutting myself in the same spot of where the bump is. 3 days later i now have bleeding and 2 more open cuts on my vagina. But not bumps. Someone please help me

    I have this one painful sore on my vagina and it kind of scaring me because it been there for 2 weeks now and not getting any better. I first I thought it was because I scratched when I had a yeast infection 2 weeks ago because I did cut myself from iching but it grew bigger and it's very painful!

    Hi Im kind of scare bc my private area just came out wit some sores and it hurts iches and burns when I pee it hurts even when I sleep I just need some answers I'm making me a ob gyn doctors appointment tmrw

    I have recently been told I have herpes on Wednesday the doctor gave me some tablets to take 5 times a day a few of the blisters looked to have popped but I'm not sure but others have got like a red outline around them can anyone give my any tips I'm in heaps of pain I can't even urniate even in a bath no more I just sit there and cry x

    Okay so i noticed these little bumps on the upper part of my vagina like below my belly button but not on my lips of my vagina and they do not hurt. please help me with figuring out  what it is. I cant stop thinking about it. I am extreamly nervous

      also i read online that it could be razor burn and to put aloe on it and they are going away after applying it every day ive had these for like 3 days

      honestly just looks like some ingrown hairs
