Not again because I've never been pregnant but yes, in peri phase it's normal to have sore breast. I use arnica montana if and when I feel any pain or soreness in my breast, arm or under my arm. It's what is recommended by most gyne clinics, at least in my area, and I'm in the U.S.

Yes, it does, it also gets rid of the pain too after 1-2 days. I have several tubes of it in case I run out.

Is this Canada or California? I get it at Whole foods but a few other stores sell it too. I know Amazon sells it too.

I am finding out so much useful info on here, my doctor is basically saying that I can do nothing until it’s kver and I am about 3 years into peri.  Does it actually get better when the periods stop completely?

I don't know since mine hasn't stopped. However, it's cyclical. Many ladies here whom have been going through this have experienced the same as i have. It's bad at first, then things calm down, then 2 year's later I got it again, worse than the first time, then it went away again for 2 year's then it came back but not as bad which is where I'm at now. Moving forward is a lot easier now, I no longer dread the horrible daring test me symptoms. Thank goodness. So I would say that as time passes and your body adjusts to it new hormonal level things will eventually calm down. No matter what you take, once you stop taking it, it's as if your body accumulated all the symptoms and decided to take revenge against you for trying to stop the process. I took bcp's for almost 2 year's along with other stuff to help me cope, when I stopped taking them, my periphase went into revenge mode by 100 fold. Yet, ladies who continue taking them for a few years don't seem to have as many issues after stopping them. Still, since everyone is different it may not affect you in the way.

Yes.  My breasts were sore and full for weeks and my nipples were very sensitive.  And when my period came after skipping 3 months, the tenderness slowly went away.  It’s actually one of the common symptoms of perimenopause.  Take care.
