Sore breasts

Periods have been every 45 days now for last month breasts sore but today is day 52.  Scared never had sore breasts this long !  Anyone else have this symptoms ?

    Hi there... Yes I have this and at first it frightened me but it does pass... I always find massaging my boobs helps a little.. This is yet another symptoms that comes and goes... Checking for lumps ect just incase but all well..hope you feel better soon.. CK

    Oh yes!! Sore breasts off n on now but last year it was every single day!! and I mean killer achy, like they were full of rocks!I wanted to sleep and shower in a bra!

    Now its eased up a lot but still happens. They are achy right now, 3rd day. so I'm guessing I might have a flow soon but then again I might not!!

    Hi l get this and when boobs very tender l find wearing two bras help and l take Evening Primrose Oil tablets up to 4000mg daily when really bad but l take  2000mg daily and if l dont take them the pain is unbearable hope this helps ladies xx

    Hi jillieberman, all part of the MENO package periods and sore breast it will go away.

    Yes! Mine are sore, feel heavy and sometimes they have a tingling sensation

    When my hot flashes and anxiety started every morning on a regular basis I started having sore breasts for 3 weeks every month. Sore like when you are pregnant. Mammo and ultrasound totally normal.

    Thanks guys I am freaking out since I had cells that put me at a higher risk for breast cancer not much higher no genetic issues but ask top breast doctor and had all tests done and nothing there but still scared

      Hugs....try not to dwell on it too much. Tell yourself doc said all is well. Dont entertain that slightly cch ht risk because we're all at risk because we have boobs!!
