Sore/cut vaginal opening and bum, had before not herpes - agony and can’t walk!

Have had similar before and negative for STDS etc recently but have had sex with a long term partner (but not exclusive) will be doing another test once healed a bit more but For the last week or so ive had the most painful sore and cut at the entrance to my vagina/perenium made worse by having a tampon in. i had something similar but not as bad a few months back and the doctors tested negative for herpes etc and just gave me an ointment. this time the pain is unbearable and coconut oil, hydromol ointment and sudocream just arent cutting it!! any ideas for fast healing!? im thinking i will have to stay off work monday if no better as the pain is so bad!! image
