Sore enlarged tonsils and lumps on back of throat

my throat has been sore for 3 days and I've been coughing up a bit of light yellow mucus coming from what seems to be the back of my most enlarged tonsils. I also noticed some weird lumps on the back of my throat. I'm 21 and don't smoke or vape except for vaping one night, 7 days ago without nicotine but i doubt that would irritate my throat this badly. I'm concerned over what it could be, It's mid-end of autumn where I live so it could be a viral infection. besides the sore throat i feel fine. only the side most enlarged hurts. I don't really have much of a runny nose. breathing is perfectly fine but talking hurts. I'm hoping someone could let me know what it could be. image
