sore flanks, sore hips, back pain, reflux

so since a gym session nearly 10 days ago ive had a sore back right in the middle behind the sternum as well as lower rib pain/tenderness, fast forward a few days and both my sides are really sore to touch and the fronts at the end of each side of my hips have started to become really sore. I've also had random back muscle pain behind shoulder blade right hand side.
My flanks are so sore to touch esp around the ribs, as well as the hip areas, really sore and tender. Bowels etc all fine, no nausea or vomiting or anything so far.
Anyone else have anything similar? ive taken ibuprofen which has helped with the back pain . I also have minor reflux
I seem to be aware of different pains/discomforts during the day, one minute the back hurts, then im aware of the hip area being tender

Was it a gym session after a long break from exercising?
Or a gym session when you've never been to the gym before?
Or did you try a new exercise...maybe a bit too enthusiastically?
Or did you try a piece of equipment you have never used before?
Sounds like you have put a lot of strain on various muscles.
Keep taking Ibuprofen and only do very light stretching exercises for at least 2 weeks.
If no improvement or it gets a lot worse or you feel ill do see your doctor
