Had knee replacement 5 months ago . Knee has been great did everything I was told also swimming and gym twice a week . Knee realy good all day untill bed time and get a lot of pain through the night . Can anybody advise on this .

What type of pain do you experience?
Burning, sharp pain, stabbing pain.
Where does it feel like it coming from in your Knee or other area.
Sometimes continue exercise gives no time for healing.

Have you done anything extra in the days before you got the pain?
New exercises or moved Worn new shoes or anything that maybe made you walk differently, or change your gait?
If not maybe just try easing off on your exercise regime until the pain goes & reintroduce the rest slowly.

I wanted to put in have you done any heavy housework or moved furniture! But I got distracted by The Chase!!
