Hi bev.. I do alot and I'm a stickler for good oral hygiene. I think this is due to a lower immune system... I currently have them and got a rash on my arm and go said when your immune system is out of wack due to hormne changes.. You get these things... I'm also open to thrush in my mouth and private parts but this is less often... Oh the joys.. CK

Hi Bev. I'm sorry to hear about your condition and I hope this helps. The inside of my lower lip is swollen and I have tiny translucent bumps on the inside of my lower lip as well as my inner cheeks. The Dr ran some tests and found no infections. I went to the dentist who couldn't explain the symptoms either after a thorough check up I was sent back to the Dr. I saw a different dr and he seems to think that the swelling and bumps/pimples could be caused by overactive glands. The excessive saliva, swollen lip and bumps are not painful just a nuisance as I often catch and bite the bumps or my lip. I've had this problem for 18months and it doesn't seem to be getting better. Make sure that you get tested and I hope that you feel better soon.

Hey Bev! I don't get sores but I've had burning hot mouth for about 6 years now. It started all of a sudden after a dentist visit (that's when I noticed it anyway) and I thought he'd done something to me...but I guess I look back and realize it was a peri symptom. It has gotten better over the years but it's still here, in fact, today it is pretty bad. Burning hot tongue and roof of mouth and I find I suck my tongue all the time, I don't know why, maybe because it is so uncomfortable all the time. Mouth is very dry as well even though under the tongue is plenty of saliva. Weird. No doctor or dentist has been able to tell me the problem or even mentioned that it is a peri or meno symptom. Just figuring all this out on my own. This blows! I'm pretty sure mine will never go away...it's been so long. I'm almost 54 now. It burns every single day of my life...but I guess I'll just have to live with it. I can only use Nature's gate toothpaste...everything else makes the condition worse. Google your issue and find something that helps.

I don't want to Google it because everytime I do it brings up something awful and then I have anxiety attacks 😔
