Sore nails and scalp?

Has anyone experienced sore nails and scalp during a flare up?

Noticed mine have been quite tender recently

    I suffered alergies when my me was at its worse which it was the wheat allergy that made my scalp sore and itchy. Also very sore and tender ears but no toes, but the symptoms I do know can be different from one person to another

    Hi Stacey, yes I suffer with pain under the nail beds which can cause much discomfort.  As Jackie says symptoms do vary from person to person.

    Hi, 

    I generally suffer from sore scalp and had it for ages but not sure whether it is linked to CFS/ME. 

    Try coconut, neem oil or pure argan oil. And massage it in the areas. This may help soothe it.
