Hello. Sorry for my english cause l 'm italian. Do you feel pain only in one nipple?

    yes few months back i feel pain in one nipple..after few week its gone itself..its symtom of peri..will ease itself .

    i rub some coconut oil over it..its give relief..Try this

    That happened to me too. I just put some lotion I had on hand on it and it helped. I can't believe that's a symptom of Peri-menopause. It lasted for about a week and a half. Such strange things our bodies do to us.

    lt started 2 months ago and it is continuous if l press on my left nipple. The right nipple is ok
